Kemenhub is the ministry in charge of transportation affairs in Indonesia. The ministry's track record in the early days of Indonesia was under the same leadership of Abikusno Tjokrosuryono along with the public works department. Later on, the Department of Transportation (non-clature before the Ministry of Transportation) and the Department of Public Works were not held by the same person. So that the duties and functions of these two ministries are more specific in the future.
